Our Work

We take an intersectional approach to community programs, leading efforts that support the wholeness of Black men, boys, and families, from ancestry, education, and culture to economic development and policy advocacy. From grassroots advocacy to cultural preservation, BOEN’s work is carried out by various committees focused on specific areas. Our programs cover five key areas: mutual support and fellowship, health and wellness, youth development, arts and culture, and civic engagement. Key initiatives include:

Workshops & Events:

Hosting events aimed at building a supportive and thriving network.

MENTORSHIP PROGRAMS:

Providing mentorship to guide Black boys and men through their personal and professional journeys.

Collaborative Efforts:

Partnering with organizations to promote the well-being and success of Black males.
